VALUE

Our value is based on being a member of God’s people and God’s family.  My value does not come from income, productivity, or popularity.  My value is based on my status in God’s eyes, not in the eyes of society [read Ephesians 1:5 & Psalm 139:13-16].    This perceptive changes how I work, how I play, and how I live and I do them not to earn value but because I have value [read Matthew 6:25-34].  That my life here is about not working towards a finish line and goal as valued by society but that my life is about working hard to advance to the winning post that is based on God’s value of me - salvation [read 1 Corinthians 9:24].  Therefore, I do what I do here by working for my Heavenly Father where my value lies and doing my best work in my thoughts, words and actions to honor God for valuing me [read Colossians 3:23].
