PURPOSE FOR BLESSINGS

God blesses us [Numbers 6:24-26] to bless others.  Blessings that are God’s favor contributed into your life so that your life (time, talent, and treasure) can be contributed to others [Luke 6:38].   Blessings that glorify God in your life and that you extend out by blessing others to glorify God in their life [Proverbs 11:25-26].  That true enjoyment of God must lead naturally to the mission of helping others see the beauty of God by serving them and blessing them [Matthew 5:16].  By not taking credit of your own blessings but point beyond yourself to God [Matthew 6:1-34 & Ephesians 2:8-9].  To be a witness to who God is through the blessings given and the blessings received [John 3:16-17].  The blessings that you have received, are receiving, and will receive [2 Corinthians 9:8-11].
