THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON

Jesus let’s Himself be known in the time we earnestly spend in His Word (the Bible); our prayer time (talking to Him); and in our fellowship time (corporate living in the community to, in and with Him).  Without these fundamentals, who He is gets drowned out by a noisy world.  He gets drowned for (and by) us with the misguided conceptions of this world on who He is.  He gets drowned out by us with our self-interests (that serve us).  It takes intentional living and disciplined commitment to see Him as the revealed God in His Word, in prayer, and in community (with God’s people).  Jesus became fully man to live a life that we could not live; He suffered, died and was buried to give us the life we could not earn; and He rose from the dead to give us the only way that we could receive salvation and God’s mercy.  The more you get to know Jesus to more your daily living will reflect on who He is in your life and what He has done, is doing and will do for you.  The more you get to know Jesus, the more wisdom is infused into your faith life and your being.  The more you get to know Jesus, the more purposeful and intentional your daily living becomes.  The more you get to know Jesus, the more you understand that you were created (by God) for this world to be in His story. That He is most important person for your life and for all of humanity.
